Solution :- 

Step 1 :- Download the software from the link Below  Click here to download 

               It will cost you around 900 MB

Step 2 :- Now Download and install WinRAR Click here to download

               Select the 64 bit or 32 bit As your system

Step 3 :- Go to your NI Multisim file and extract it using WinRAR

               password is :- 123

Step 4 :- Disable all your antivirus and turn of your internet. 

Step 5 :- Now open Extracted and run this ISO file "ni-cds-professional_14.2.0_offline"

               Click on install and accept all the term and condition

Step 6 :- Now go to crack folder and run the "NI License Activator"  and click on options and Activate

               Activate all the Editions of NI Multisim.
